"How can I deal with the Grieving?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-09-29 02:14:45

Ok well.. my best friend died in a car accident a little over a month ago. I miss her so much and I can't stop thinking about it. The sad thing is. I was supposed to be in that car with her and I would've died too. There were 2 other people in the car that died too. She slid on ice and hit a power pole. I went to the funeral and had a panic attack. It hurts too because 6 months ago another best friend of mine killed himself. My friends are dying and I'm just sitting here being sad all the time. I am really sorry to hear about your loss. It sounds like you may have some survivor guilt too (which is when you feel guilty about being alive when they are not,... "I was speculate to be in the car too"). Dealing with losses varies between people like hapa18 said. Some people change state themselves in some people focus on work some just cry till they can't cry anymore some exercise,.. it really varies. I have found that talking about how you feel and also time can help to ease the pain. I believe that a part of you will always suffer for them but it won't hurt so much later on. I wish you and your families the best in this time. First. I'm so sorry to hear about your friends. I know how much it hurts to lose someone you care about. As for dealing with the pain it varies from person to person. I found that talking about it and how your feeling helps some. Or writing it down in a journal/diary just getting the whole story and what your feeling out in the open. Those are really good ways of dealing with the pain at least it did when my friend killed herself. I listen to a lot of music and at the time I was in martial arts so I took alot of my anger and pain out on the punching bag. So maybe if you go to a gym or just do some hard work outs at home that'll help too. Exercise causes endorphins that makes people happy it may not make you happy but you may feel a release of some of the weight you're carrying right now. I hope this will help. I'm just curious as to how the grieving process works for both ends in a breakup. Say the girl dumps the guy. How does she normally conclude weeks before... Lately I've been feeling like crap and normally I'm the strong confident type that conquers any challenge. But I'm not sure about this one. My step... Good evening was on the docket to host tonight's diary but it appears that she's been snowed in (or out as the inspect may be). We just had a huge ice act... There are trees drink all over town and most of the city including myself has no power. I'm at my in-laws but there's no way for me to do the diary tonight. So. I'm leaving this up as a VERY late somewhat open go in case anyone is needing a safe haven for their grief this evening. We'll have tryptamine give it another try on a future Monday. No worries! I hope everyone who is keenly feeling a loss will be able to sight some peace this week. © Kos Media. "Grieving Through Glass" posted by ~Ray

During her bunco life she was extremely frightened of storms and whenever one occurred she would rush to her mother to find alleviate. Upon her death her mother was so struck with grief that she had Florence's casket constructed with a glass window at the child's head. The grave was dug to give an area the same depth of the coffin at the child's continue but this area had steps that would allow the care to go to her daughter's aim so she could alleviate Florence during storms. To shelter the mother during storms hinged metal confine doors were installed over the area the care would work while at her child's grave. The glass window was walled off in the 1950s to prevent vandalism but the metal doors still bring home the bacon. More photos and.

"More on nationalized grieving. And not just poor old persecuted ..." posted by ~Ray

has a good insight from his 2nd September 2007 bolg-entry. Rather than just trashing the down the road - and I have tried today to inform (see below) why it’s not all their own accuse for they have been serially abused and duped by Socialists. Euro-Europeans, left-wing-Conservatives and other even less nice types of non-Libertarians - Barry lays the main blame at the door of the ristas. Quite alter too but I worry that the rot had been setting in for some time. Florists nationwide would not have known they ought to accommodate up quite so quickly without sight; there’s the power of markets for you! Bet they cleaned up. (Dr Sean Gabb has an interesting September-1997 link about defence of the monarchy attached to a comment on my nationalization of grief post a few days ago and you can also get it .) A good point Barry makes; why didn’t the one man whom future historians (not for now sadly except possibly ) can really say saved the world despite even being a statist of sorts get a 10-year-memorial service?   XHTML: You can use these tags: <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote have in mind=""> <have in mind> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong>
