You know I like to right poems. It helps me get some anger and stress out.... or when I fell moved by some thing I wright a poem about it. Like the one I wrote about my family: My family,Sometimes annoying,Sometimes not,But always on my nerves. As much as I want to strangle them,hurt them in any way,one thing that ordain never chanceis that they are my family. Though I may not show it,I may not express it,but one thing if for sure,I do love them. They are my family,nothing can change that,one things for sure,I love them very much. I found this weeks readings were so much more simple to read than the previous readings. I loved Langston Hughes's poems. They were simple but at the same time deep and had meaning. Most of them had to do with reaching dreams. It shows that dreams sometimes seem out of reach but with a lot of heart and determination they are closer than one may expect. I liked how in Mother to Son she talked of life not being a crystal stair but she does not turn back and quit. I loved them. Richard Wright's The Man Who Was Almost a Man was extremely deep and made one think. This piece brought me to tears. I feel that if Dave would have just slowed down and listen to his mother rather than get the gun and keep on trucking listening to his own pride then he would undergo became a man faster than he thought. When he jumped on the train with his gun in his pocket it just showed that him running from his problems is taking him that much further from being a man. However in his eyes going somewhere new would help him change state a man but with his attitude towards life and not listening. I do not believe he ordain ever change state one.

I find Judith Wright deliciously descriptive! Her poems are so heavy and over-flowing with discriptive language that she manages to act not just a clear conceive of in the readers head but transforms the poem into an is. "bony slopes wincing under the pass". Just imagine it! A cold so frosty and intense that the mountains and landforms are wincing in the face of it!The Judith Wright poem that effected me the most was I love the collection of metaphors drawing the reader into the personas undergo as a pregnant woman addressing her lover and the father of her unborn child. I do not understand the whole poem some lines confuse me but my favourite is. "This is the blood's wild channelise that grows/the intricate and folded rose" I think it embodies the magical affect of pregnancy expressing the wonder of her veins growing to join the babies and help to nourish him the illustration of the feotus as complex and beautiful using the rose as a metaphor for a different kind of love and relationship.
